The shop does look new - it makes me think that Vin has been considering the move for a long time.

It is a new building but I think it was for sale before Vin considered getting it . I saw a for sale/lease sign there for a few months

Hmmmm....
The place looks great but I'm not sure Vin would like the idea of his shop pics being put up just yet. Thats why his My Space page is set to private unless he asked you to post them.

I think I've seen that building, where I don't remember. I know however that I could custom design a really cool sign for Vinnie once he decides on a name.

on my space- when he gets everything set up-he will need all the exposure he can get. The pics are just a little teasing to show everyone how it is progressing. The shop looks great and out back where the work will be done looks great. I hope they have all their ducks in a row so to speak and I am sure they will do fine. Vinnie is a stand up guy and his dad I am sure will help him out with all the business questions. If you have ever talked with his dad you would know where Vinnie gets his work ethics from. just my .02
